You have a wonderful channel and I just subscribed. All your recipes look delicious.
For a vegetarian variation a friend of mine adds boiled potatoes and spinach instead of chicken to the lentil soup base, and he uses curry powder, instead of the cumin seeds. However, I can't see why you couldn't use both. He serves it over rice.
I look forward to cooking all your recipes.
