If you live in Glendale area. The Eagle Rock Plaza has a cute store called Mauya that sells the lucky star papers and a large variety too.

when i read the instructions on a diffent site...it said TIE A KNOT IN THE PAPER and I'm like WHAT??!! U CANT TIE A PAPER INTO A KNOT! ITTL JUST RIP!!! *tries* oh...so u can tie paper into a knot..
