You CAN lose weight, makeup geeks! It's very hard, but possible :) As you can see, I still have a good 40 pounds to lose- it takes time and hard work but very worth it! We'll lose the weight together!

  • Splenda is worse than sugar. Just so you know. And your body needs carbs. Nature has fruits for a reason.

  • Instead of splenda i'd use real RAW honey, (not the processed ,cooked honey u find in the stores)

  • @gettinghealthygirl I never said refined carbs.I actually mean carbs that come naturally from fruits,vegetable,grains,etc..W­e are all addicted to sugar. Sugar is carbs. That's how human beings have been able to survive.It is in our nature to want sugar (along with fats & oils).It just scares me when people choose to eat splenda or coke zero to get energy over fruit.Those are just poison in the form of a seemingly "healthier" alternative. Check out Forks over Knives or Dr. McDougall on youtube.

  • @009lexi Some people have an addiction to white carbs/ white sugar. And honestly no one NEEDS refined carbs. White bread and white rice are fake foods that have had their nutritional fiber stripped from them. fruit I agree is important but if she is finding success by not eating it then fine. She might be able to incorporate fruit back into her diet for breakfast at a certain point. An all fruit b-fast is very healthy n keeps the sugar from sticking by eating it early n therefor burning off

  • Try stevia instead of splenda, better for you and tastes better too! :-) White carbs and processed sugar definitely have addictive properties to some people so you are smart to avoid them altogether. Congrats on your AMAZING progress! Keep being kind to yourself you are worth it!!
