Pranking a Bill Collector

A bill collector doesn't care who the phone number they're calling belongs to...Sort of like a dog that finds a bone. I get calls every two days from both a collection agency and Sally Mae attempting to collect money from past due student loans and other bills generated by a "Brian Edmonson." One agent with Sally Mae even gave me his SS# when I asked to verify if he had the correct account information which should be illegal to give out unless they were certain I was a "Mr. Edmonson." I decided to have a little fun with them in this call since it's fruitless to get them to stop calling me.

I use to collect medical debts before I finally resigned. Awful business where your whole day is recorded and scrutinized. Good video, really captures the abusive nature of the calls too.

Seriously I originally thought this was going to be cruel, but after her little passive aggressive bitch attitude from the start I was cheering this guy on.
