I love my father on July 5th, 2009 and my Nana, on October 10, 2009 and I can truly relate to your words here. He was shackled by PTSD and she by Alzheimers and even thougth I am sad for my loss, I celebrate for their freedom. Its hard to be sad when you think of how they must feel now. Bless your heart, girlie and keep singing. Your voice is amazing.

she really gave her own meaning to the song, "I'll be home for CHRISTmas" so she has no more pain, no more suffering. She'll always be around.

A bonfire is a great way to honor your mom's spirit. I think that is awesome to burn the stuff that was not really her...

sorry to hear of your loss. lost my mom to cancer when I was 9 yrs old. didn't want to lose her but she suffed for 2 1/2 yrs. she went through alot of pain. understand what your going through, take care!
