This is my most recent project. Coded exclusively with C++, it is a homebrew game for the computer that is kind of a rip off of Link's Crossbow Training.

The text on the sides of the screen are debugging info.

Scoring system:
You have sixty-seconds per round. Every second that goes by you lose a point. Every time you shoot and miss a target you lose another second and 10 points. Hitting a target however will give you a second back, the score of the target depends on how far away and how fast it is moving. So aiming for the farther and faster targets can pay off (assuming you can hit them).

Note: I played this round on my laptop with the mouse pad, so I apologize ahead of time for not doing so well.

Check out my website if you find this interesting:

Most of the bugs in it probably won't be fixed, cause as I say on the above page, it really is just a test/learning experience for me. Don't worry though, I'm making other things. :P

  • you should of actually shot the arrow instead of just testing if the object was in the direction vector of the player. great game

  • @meming4 Thanks, I had to write it within a week as a project for a summer camp program so a lot of features didn't quite make it in. Unfortunately, I quickly changed which libraries and everything I use for coding afterward, so this never got any further.

  • I Will Subscribe You And Rate If You Then Will Make A Tutorial

  • @MarioLuigi5959 A tutorial on programming?

  • what compiler was this made in?

  • It was made ages ago (Back when I was on Windows) with a beta and buggy library. But it was compiled in Visual Studio since I used that the most back then. - Sorry for the late reply by the way.
