1998 Grand Prix GT Vs. 2006 Mustang V6

Im stock, hes not. 3.8 vs 4.0. i have one passenger and he has one so its pretty much even although my car had two guys and he had a girl who was a damn 5 foot twig and me and my friend are both 6'5

I've got a 98 se with a 3.8 engine in it... I really need to mod it though. it could definitely use some headers and a supercharger!

i wouldnt say fastest na v6 ever because i raced a 99 mustang v6 with my 2000 grand prix gt today and he beat me by about a 1/4 of a car length 0-80 so

3.8's are the best v6's and a stock GTP vs a stock mustang GT with a v8 is almost a equal race but the mustang will win but few mods and itll be way different and im talking 1 grand in mods and itll make a huge difference gtps have alot of hidden power that can easily be tapped

yeah theyre the quickest n/a v6's ive ever drivin, especially with some exhaust mods. muffler shop res and ubend delete was the best 70 bucks i ever spent anywhere ever. 7 ponies for 70 bucks, not to mention the sound was killer, now ive got a magnaflow catalytic converter, zzp's high ratio rocker arms, and zzp's HV3 insert and my 98 gp gt will do 0-60 in 6.1 seconds uphill with a full tank of gas and my 40 pound subwoofer.

@stickit2damanleosis haha i totally agree with you for one your right no such thing as a 4 liter grand prix, second theres no shame in getting beat by a grand prix in almost any car they are strong and fast as hell. My friend has a GXP V8 pushin a little over 400hp with all the mods he has in it including it bein twin charged lol a 5.7 V8 trans am thought it would be slick and try racing it... no competition my friend smoked him. Fact is pontiacs are amazing cars that cant be beat :)

mustang is lying. theyre not really 3800s theyre like 3790. bullshit marketing. and you my friend are a panzy. theres no such thing as a 4 liter grand prix gt suck it up and get powned like a man. my gt is stock and it caan whup my brothers 4.6 liter 03 mustang. so there nothing to be ashamed about in getting beat.

let me tell you i had 3 nice sized people in mine with 4 windows down and was pullin from a modded 96-98 gt stang he got me from a 20 only because mine had to kickdown and since he was a manual he just was cruisin in first and ive ran with a 99-04 gt stang and all i did was remove the 2 mufflers, but since i just got a job at autozone im about to go to town on tht little 3800 series 2 lol

3.8 is a bitchin motor man. i have a gt also, and all i have is intake and exhaust.
