@bieberalltheway1 I used Ulead 11 for the basic video editing and then Microsoft Picture It to edit the frames. I also used Digicell to scan and color in the pictures.

To answer your question...
I didn't give her a chest because she is only 10 or so.
What you might be mistaking for a chest are her puffy sleeves or collar.
