I don't think you're supposed to get it. it's more thematic, i think... like talking about a certain idea or something. that's pretty common in experimentals, i think...

and just so you know, im no pretentious art school student... i just like watching this sort of thing :P

This video is well made and everything, but it strikes me as rather pretentious. I mean seriously, I'm all for being bizarre and shit, but when you just stick in a fucking robotic prey mantis out of nowhere, its seems like your just trying to replace actual meaning with being an avant garde douchebag.

I think this vid is an acquired taste. Definitely not boring, which is an accomplishment in itself. Kind of difficult to keep paying attention all the way to the end, but overall, super interesting. Props.
