@friscoway415 The cops weren't chasing anyone. The cop was responding to a call, and during that time, the cops wanted to overtake the lorry, but couldn't due to the dangerous nature of overtaking as the cops couldn't see straight ahead. As the lorry pulled over, the red ute decided to come out of nowhere and crash into the lorry. As a result, the cops changed their priorities to deal with red ute.
