I don't know what all the negative comments are about? IDIOTS. Parallel training is great for working the last bit. I am working on a 3.5 just like this. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

@xdelboy3000 Wraps are a good tool to use for your entire back workout because its all pulling motions. I find they helped me a lot when my grip gives out but my back can still do more work. They help get extra reps out. Of course training your grip works as well.

@Ryno4205 i can close the #2(2 times) but i lose grip on 150 kg deadlift so i use hook grip to lift it. so i think he needs to start higher.

@xdelboy3000 i would probably start on the coc 100lbs trainer (45kg) or the coc #1 140lbs (63kgs)

Weres a gd place to start with coc ? I deadlift around 180kilos and find i cant keep a grip on the barbell so want to improve grip instead of relying on wraps to lift heavier weights.

Magnifficent attempt! It may be a slow process, but you shall close the #4 some day if you are already that close as it is.
