Okay I just did what you said to do and everything turned out exactly like you showed in the video. Wish me luck Im about to put in a DVD and see if it works!

I'm about to pass out from not being able to burn a dvd. Been a week and I have damaged my computer. I am realizing how little I know about computers. I can burn cds but not dvd.
I may have totally ruined my computer

I Uninstalled the drive and it installed on it's own again but my drive still can't read discs :(
