WHAT ABOUT IN BALIKBAYAN BOX?

pati agent sinungaling din sasabihin sa inyo 35 days lang at makakarating na ang box pero 5 mos. bago dumating ang package nyo kaya mga binili naming pagkain para sa family ko ay expired na nde na napakinabangan kaya kung ako sa inyo guys wag na wag nyong gamitin ang star kargo na to very poor service thumbs down ako sa serbisyo nila.

I am too fully disagree. Nagpadala kami ng package last year 5 months bago dumating ang package namin wag na wag kau magpapadala sa star kargo ng package nde maganda ang serbisyo nila at kapag tumawag ka pa sa customer nila wala silang alam sa manifest ng box nyo at isa pa puro si pangako na darating ang box sa ganitong petsa pero wala naman pinapaasa lang kami in that time iinit talaga ang dugo mo at mawawalan ka ng pasensya dahil sa serbisyo. Pls. Dont use Star Kargo.

I fully disagree!!! Their so UNRELIABLE!!! Ive sent my box mid August and its been more than 2 months and my box hasnt arrive yet!!! Im not goin to get their service anymore!!! so frustrating!!!

Star Kargo is a front for thieves! They never delivered our boxes and we had to pick them up ourselves, and then we found items missing! Don't use Star Kargo! Research them on the internet and you'll read how they delay shipping (probably hoping you'll forget what you sent) and when they finally do ship items are missing.
