My Opinions: A great price effective folder, since you can find them for around $30. Yea its not a Gold Class Benchmade, but who can afford them? For the money it is very solid. Decent grip, great lockup, and no blade play at all in any direction.

While the shape of the SWMP1 is not for everyone, check out the SWMP2 and SWMP3 models.

The safety is adequete, although does not fully stop the blade from opening if intentionally opened, could be advantage though depending on view.

Advantages:

+MAGIC Assited opening very very fast
+Solid Lockup
+Lightweight
+No blade play
+Easy to open without having to adjust pivot screw
+Dual thumb studs or trigger mechanism
+Safety on handle prevents opening of blade

Disadvantages:

-Steel choice could be better
-The design looks a little goofy (it did to me at first but grew on me)
-Not as sharp as it could be out of the box
-Clip is over top of rubber insert which tends to grab pants
-Clip tends to rub hand a bit in some hand positions
-Trigger mechanism may be in the way of thumb in some positions

  • Hey dude. Are you out of control with your movements? I would be afraid I'd cut myself...Relax a bit before you castrate yourself...

  • @QuietBearr He also said "Don't move so much", which is called "advice". If you weren't such a spaz, maybe you would have read the rest of his sentence before replying.

  • This is by far my favorite knife that I've ever owned under $50. It definitely needs sharpened from the box if you want a razor edge but overall it is very nice. Feels great in the hand and I honestly believe they could easily be selling this knife for $75+ . As said in the video, aside from the factory edge, the pocket clip doesn't clip on very easily due to the rubber grip. That's my biggest complaint.

  • It`s strange that they don`t call hollow grinds

"concave grinds," especially when we use its antonym; "convex grind."

  • just so you know, the steel is a stainless, but its actually 4034 krupp, which alot like the 440a/420hc you guessed. thought you'd like to know

  • @ElectricPuddyMan hahhahahaha nice
