Etowah River Mine Tunnel

Taki and I documented our trip through the Etowah River Mine Tunnel which is 7ft. diameter x 1/4 mile long on May 9, 2010. Water was flowing about 350 cfs @ 3+ ft.. At the tunnel, the river splits partly through the tunnel or continues around the mountain following its natural course.I included our first attempt - we had pulled over so I could get a good angle for filming and the current going around the mountain took us straight into a log. After that we moved into a different position for entry.
