@ellenweiss he said do the "kriya" which means "exercise" for 10 minuts 3 times a day

but i dont know which kriya he is talking about. it could be the "sudarshan kriya" cos thats one

of his most popular kriya. i'v never done it myself, my friend has and he says its very effective
