@squidlips555 Nice one. I crunched your numbers through the brewcraft calculator and you are looking at 6.2% abv. Let us know how it tastes. Just before Christmas I made the Coopers Parity Amber Ale from their website, which is also very nice. Cheers

I can't believe the coincidence. I just put down the same beer at only 13 litres with 300g dextrose and 200g maltodextrin + 25g of amarillo steeped. Lookin good. Big ballsy beautiful ale.
