I really miss them playing jazz, it's all this upbeat electronic shit today.

This also my favourite incarnation of the local forecast.

Wow, is this in the Birmingham Alabama area? Because I live in Montgomery.
-
That version of the evening edition was used in 2003.
-

Do you have any WeatherSTAR XL v2 clips with the original 2 minute flavor? If you do please upload, because I have a 10 year old kid who has permission to go on YouTube and misses this version on the XL and the original 2 minute flavor. And please reply to me by clicking on the reply button. Thank You!
That was my favorite era!
Ah, the pre-9/11 days!

The "Live by It" era debuted in late June 2001. That was less then 3 months before 9/11. The majority of "Live by It" was after 9/11. This was November 2001, 2 months after 9/11.

For some reason, there's a US Flag in the LF open on a November night.Shouldn't it be on in the 4th of July opening?
In addition,i almost forgot this kind of Evening Edition open. This one was more related to going out at night rather than the weather of the evening. And i like the jazzy theme of Evening Edition.

The American Flag in the LF introduction was in the wake of 9/11. They used this I think through December of 2001.
