Helmets are worse than useless in a collision with a car, just ask the manufacturers. The cyclist in the film is unlikely to have survived that crash with or without a polystyrene & plastic helmet on his head. Cycling is statistically safer than walking,but the people who made this film want people to think it's dangerous. Pro helmet films like this are often sponsored by motoring organisations & oil company's who want people to buy cars not bikes. People, research before you buy one.

i loved the shot of him going down the driveway. what did u use as the dolly? and that was such a brutal accident, the helmet wouldn't of helped much anyway! haha
