I'm not sure but I think Ruben did a lot of overdubbing on this record. He might not have been doing the falsettos but I think he did most of the vocals.

One of the Apollo bros. was Ruben Guevara - later to be the leader of Frank Zappa's "Ruben and the Jets" we recorded to albums on Mercury in the 70's.

I think the doo wop we have not heard is 10 to 1 we have heard on the radio when I could bend over.
