Moe is pretty much the Japanese term for endearing or cute qualities you see most often in animation. Pretty much applies to all lolis and a lot of shotas. There ARE live action examples, though rare. For example, some think it applies to River in Firefly.

No really, the Blood Berry kicks just as much ass as the Peony does. It just functions as a different fighting style. In terms of damage, I think the Rose Nasty is actually the weakest of them.
