Where are you now, one year later? I know you felt like you were a "slow loser" and felt bad about it. I too, am a slow loser in my opinion. I even gained for 2 weeks-which should be impossible on 600 calories. But it happened and I just had another couple of weeks of very little weight loss! Frustrating, but at least somewhat steady. Please let us know how you are now. I do think about you every now and then.Connie
Where have you been? I miss your videos. I'm wondering if your husband "came around " with you having surgery because mine is voicing the same concerns as yours did in your first video. He's terrified of the future.
How are you doing now? Please post another video and let us know, good or bad, because we're all scared of failure and even wary of success.
I am new to this you tube and with the wsl lingo..I am 2 weeks post op and would love to know more about the "couch to 5k"
your a terrific example.........your just human as we all are and we all I am sure have fears and thoughts etc. regarding this crazy wonderful new life
hey hun! you're doing great!....i had the same fears, i am 16 weeks post op and i always feel like "omg what if i stop using weight!"...you wont, dont worry!...just keep exercising and doing your protein!..STAY AWAY FROM CARBS, lol...i know its hard but you have to!!...just stick to basics and the weight will fly off!!!!!
I am very proud of you! You are consistently losing weight and I know you want it to be faster but the point is you ARE losing and you ARE going to reach your goal! We are all pulling for you!
i was a very slow loser, but it picked up around 3 months post op when I started running for exercise on top of my walks...you will be fine and the surgery is not going to stop (although to me that is a normal fear). congrats on how far you've come so far, and good luck for next week!
