  • This is how Overlord 2 should have been more like the original

  • it's an awesome game undoubtedly!

    The wii control fits well!

  • Like I said, I know about Nintendo consoles so I know that is true about most (if not all) of them. I'm not holding it against the Wii that it has few good-selling 3rd party games, I'm holding against it that it's main selling games are, usually, shovelware. As a result, more shovelware is made. For example, The Conduit has only sold about 160K.

So? It was a new IP and succeeded.

  • Okay, and where do these newer games sell today? That's right, not on PCs. They are completely different and barely related to each other (especially Bioshock) so they can be considered new IPs in that they are complete overhauls.

No More Heroes is a franchise all right...but it is no longer on Wii because it sold like shit =D After NMH2, there will be no more NMH for the Wii ;-)

  • Frankly, I don't get why you're holding it against the Wii for not having a lot of best selling 3rd-party titles, when in all reality if you were to do a top best games on a Nintendo platform, that list is most likely going to be dominated by Nintendo games. You can't tell me that ever thought that Nintendo cared about 3rd-party companies. Oh an Killzone debuted on the PS2.

  • SEGA just did a shitty job of marketing the game. The only people who knew about Madworld were the ones who spent time on gaming websites. No, Bioshock and Fallout 3 can not be considered new IPs; their predecessors are very well known by PC gamers, and contrary to common belief, there are still a lot of PC gamers. Yes, even the good third-party Wii games don't normally, but No More Heroes and de Blob may end up becoming franchises. continue...

  • The publisher does the marketing. So people would associate the game with Sega, as with all other games ;-)

Really? Bioshock and Fallout 3 are pretty much new IPs since very few people knew about System Shock and the previous Fallouts. Uncharted, Killzone, Gears of War, Dead Rising, and FEAR (to name a few) were all new IPs that became very successful. You should change your argument to "new IPs by 3rd parties don't do well on the Wii".

So since I know it's crap, I don't understand it? lol

  • Cool, graphics look nice!

  • Yeah its awesome. Very underated.
