This is the first in a (hopefully improving) series of bedtime stories and poems I will be recording for my children, who do not live with me full time, to watch.

  • You look sorta like Bette Page.

  • @Suessenstein I get both that and Abby from NCIS. Still....*sigh*

  • did you get a job in another place or did u um... divo***?

  • @IAmAwesome2209 we divorced about 2 years ago. We split custody of the kids...I haven't made any videos in a bit but I will probably start again soon.

  • maybe if you spent a little less time on youtube you could spend more time with your kids....

  • well, not to point out the obvious here but when parents share custody of their children this generally means that when one parent has the kids, the other does not, and vice versa. Ergo these vids are made for the times when they are staying at their dad's place...not mine.

  • @mikeoxlong181 Actually, there are far too many children that do not have mothers these days (I am a teacher and see it on a regular basis). The dynamics of today's family have changed significantly with not only absent fathers, but absent mothers and sometimes, even both parents absent. It's very sad. Good for you for putting your kids first.

  • @rawrchoo Parenting has never been easy, but it really seems like people care about their house or car more than their kids. Also my mommy helps me out with him...

  • you are so awsome for doing this. i loved the way you recited it. keep them coming, i'm sure your kids love it.

  • i would totally do this for my kids...(:

  • good job!

  • Good version-nice motions and expression

  • im a happily divorced full-time dad. its tough for him cause some kids dont have dads, but they ALL have a mom. the only thing i could think of is the song "boy named sue" i call him sue. i have his name tattooed on the inside of my arm with sue shadowed in the background so i always have a reminder that he is more important than me. yesterday i heard that shel wrote that song. couldnt believe it. ive read every one of his books to him. then i stumbled on this. he loves sick. that was awsome!
