Gah! I'm on day 3, and I started the day really good, half and hour bike ride, 120 sit ups! And then i went into town and what did I do?? Eat KFC :( Today has been a big fat fail and its only day 3, but this is the moment when other times I have thought 'oh what's the point' but this time i'm not doing that, right back on track tomorrow!! Its was just a first hurdle tumble...I hope.
I am inspired :) Can you talk about the "mental - what's in your head" - It caught my attention that you said "until I was ready, until I was good enough" and..... I'd forgotten about water. Thank you! Hugs
