The song "Yabn il Alam" from the Palestinian Folklore, describes the way young lovers in palestine used to speak to each other so that no one else can understand; and that is by adding the letter "L" in every word. so Yabn il Alam is originally Yabn il Am (cousin). Try to understand the rest of the words :)
