AHS Principles of Technology - RoboOrgy 2007

Students in the PT course at Anacortes High School are tasked with building Lego Mindstorms robots to complete a task. Here they were to build BattleBots to be pitted amongst each other with regulations.
The Bot must fit inside the space marked with white tape at the beginning of the match. It must also start here.
The bot must work without intervention after getting onto the white table.
The Bot must maneuver around (in any way) the two books and onto the table.
The Bot must be able to stay on the table by itself.
The Bot must have some sort of weapon triggered to start by something other than time.

This video shows two matches by the finalists of the competition and a "Battle Royal" between many of the contestants. The film is unedited.
