On February 5th 1995 metropolitan Loco No 12 Sarah Siddons hauled "Metro Rover" around the Metropolitan Line. Fred dashed around with his camera and caught the train at Neasdeh, North Harrow, Ruislip Manor, Harrow on the Hill, Rickmansworth and Baker Street

  • cool classic Video - well done - thx for sharing (where is she now?)

  • Nice, those maintenance trains are sinister by the way, and seriously heavy, must be all the batteries? I hear them rumbling through the tunnels late at night!

Was wondering were the Metros done in any other livery at any stage? Masterpiece. Might have to get one from Radley's.

  • So when the TC is leading, is it getting its motive power from Sarah Siddons?

  • Nice work Fred. Tells the story well. An enjoyable watch. Is Sarah Siddons + 4TC allowed to work in to South Ken recreating some old hauled Met services?
