Seems like I got the artist wrong. Seems like Demetori actually did this song(or maybe both did it) either way,

Touhou Arranged Singles Collection "Ghostly Eyes"(the album this track is from) was a compilation album. so i'm not surprised if I got the band names for some other tracks as well.
