Excellent series!!!!!!!
As an American veteran, I'm absolutely amazed by both the similarities, and differences, in recruit training. We are more alike than different, and that goes for all aspects of our mutual existence. I have so much respect for Canada!

@CanadianArmyNews Is this training similar to the reserves?
AngelOfDeath1897 1 year ago
@AngelOfDeath1897 Reserve basic training varies between elements. They train hard to be able to work alongside members of the Regular Force.
There are several basic training options for members of the Primary Reserve.
Some courses are taught at the unit in your town or city. Some courses may
run in the summer, others are in the winter. Some are full-time others are part-
time. Your local Recruiting Centre will have the information on local Reserve units and their basic training courses.
