I was introduced to skydiving by my friend Marty. Evenings drinking beer and watching his videos made me keen to give it a go. I had done a couple of jumps many years before when I was 16, but was very keen to do a freefall skydive. My first jump was on my 40th birthday, and was AMAZING. I have since become hooked, and have now done over 120 jumps. One of the best things about it is that during a jump, all the cares and worries of the everyday world simply fade away. There is no room in your head for anything other than the 'here and now' of the jump. My skydive gear is included as part of the auction - I don't think it will be too long before I get round to buying some more!
