Procedurely?

I think a better way for public servants to avoid prosecution, is to obey the law. i.e, get a new job.
But demanding proper ID does make a point that some of them are sophisticated enough to appreciate.
Only cowards or criminals would be afraid to show proper ID on the job.
Public servants with no ID, should be arrested immediately and given mandatory minimum sentencing.
In time of declared war they should be shot, obviously. (lest their post and it's duty fall to infiltrators, etc.)

@cortchubby He identified himself as an Attorney In Fact, you douche bag.

@cortchubby wise words form another tool

@thengine7 ....well, they would be arresting me everyday till they stopped. How people put up with that shit there is beyond me.

@RP4409 Wish that was the way it in Illinois. If a cop sees you recording him he will call foul and arrest you for wiretapping. Even if he was recorded on public property.

@StreetWearAddict Indeed. And if you listen to the audio where he was before the judge, even the judge acknowledged that by defending himself before the court he is an attorney. Funny how you should say he wasn't going into the court to practice law, as the judge himself told him that he needs to study the law rather than answer his basic questions. If you're not going to practice law, then why in the hell should you have to study it before you come to court? That's what THEY get paid for.

If she is a court clerk she has to give her last name by law.

@cortchubby are you going to go tattle on him? are you a little girl?

4409 - I see a lot of people giving advice and commenting on how you don't have a chance or "get your ass handed to you". Well that maybe so, however, I appreciate that even though, as you probably know, that you will most likely lose, that you keep up the fight. At least you will go down swinging. I guess these critics just accept the corruption and lack of freedom. "The only way for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing." ~Edmund Burke
Public servants are required by law to identify themselves, there is no need for a right/wrong discussion here.

@cortchubby.....LMAO please research the laws before you make yourself look like a dipshit. You can tape anyone in Arizona as long as one of the parties being recorded is aware of it.
