@JohnnyLemonhead: Yes he was a tyrant & I understand anyone that KNEW HIM who hates him for it. The fame went to his head & you can look at his fall as an example of humble pie. Yet, he was also royally screwed by the Weinsteins & their network. Sure, perhaps if Duffy had handled himself better, he wouldn't have incurred Weinsteins' wrath. However, since is when is being an ass a death sentence now? The attitude from all the CONSUMERS here reminds me of lion feeding at the Collosseum.

Fuck anyone who thinks Boondock Saints was shit. They can all kiss as, BS was the best fuckin' movie out and is STILL my favourite movie.
As for Troy being a tool, screw you guys. He's the fuckin' man.

troy duffy made a killer film. the first one made $50,000,000. alone in dvd sales not to bad. and harvey weinstein at newline always fucks his partners when making a movie, (peter jackson-lotr's)

I fucking love this guy and his movie is amazing.
that documentary is ridiculous. not once do they interview or talk to anyone involved with the film or who actually worked with him.
they recorded him at all the worst times. i will bet you that a majority of director's have these moments as well.
if you are going to say he's arrogant, no. you need to be 100% confident in your work to succeed in the movie world. plus, the script is brilliant. so whatev to all of you.
