Giant Ring 1 - 0:38
Giant Ring 2 - 0:57
Giant Ring 3 - 1:10

Act 2:

Giant Ring 1 - 1:41
Giant Ring 2 - 2:24
Giant Ring 3 - 2:43
Giant Ring 4 - 3:22

There are two more Giant Rings in ACT 2. You can get them only with Knuckles.

In "Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles", the 1st super ring is at the start of act 1 of Mushroom Hill. It's after Knuckles comes out of the area.
