forceblader is wearing that EoS for its magic skills .. without magic skills on FB, buffs, binding, negative buffs. FB is no chance to other classes .. duh ?
about the archer wearing EoF, maybe it is trying to get the requirement for Dash .. notice that dash is on Sword Skill .. ?
