Dr. Joel Fuhrman, author of eat to live explains why you might feel icky for a week or so after changing your diet from crappy, processed food to whole, natural food. Trust us, it's a good thing!
We want to eat whole, live, organically grown fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains to live the longest, happiest and healthiest life possible.
I want to be around for a while so here's what I'm doing:
1. Drink Monavie Active & MonaVie (M)mune daily *Gives me thirteen servings of fruits and vegetables *Helps boost my immune system and aids in joint repair
2. Drink a delicious MonaVie RVL Shake for Breakfast and another for Lunch. * Supports my goal to achieve a healthy weight * Helps curb hunger so I consume fewer calories * Promotes overall health and well being
3. Take a MonaVie Dietary Supplement mid morning and afternoon. * Accelerates my metabolism * Aids in the reduction of body fat * Helps me burn more calories
4. This is the hard part, I'm limiting my Red Meat intake to once or twice a week.
