@cibreca You're quite welcome! I like to use butter because I can tell if the pan is too hot. If you put in the butter and it immediately turns brown and burns, then your pan is too hot and will also burn the eggs. A pan properly heated will melt all the butter right away and sizzle, but will hold off on browning for a few minutes. Bon appetite!
