    Agreed, don't live in danger areas people! Avoid a region if it has of unstable weather ~ hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, drought, or steep cliffs. But if one must live in a place that has any of those things, at-least choose a spot town where the Corps of Engineers have built; that way you know it will be safe.

  • Don't live under sea level! That is the lesson of Katrina. Where are the increased storms he predicted. I mean, it has been 6 years, where. . .Are. . .They?
