  • Income tax means control of the population, not revenue

  • I have heard that before. Oh it wont happen here! We are special! Were different to those ........... Is always the begining of the slippery slope to despotism.

  • @Malthus0 I wish my state didn't have income tax or sales tax. it slows down production.

  • These people don't believe in audits do they. Kind of like the GAO in Washington D.C. determined that $75 BILLION WAS MISSING at the Dept of Defense, kind of like GAO determined there was $2.1 TRILLION missing at the Pentacon right before 9/11. There is an animal called a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report that the people in New Hampshire need to obtain. A state rep in Arizona found theirs and found $5 BILLION in state revenue laying around. Don't trust the taxers.

  • Nope, it had nothing to do with the law.

  • Ah, that is the point. It WAS legal. Obviously it was not Lawful; however, it was legal. The two words are not the same.

  • No, it wasn't legal to kill Jews, it was a military order, and it wasn't solely in Germany.

  • Legal and lawful are NOT the same thing. In Germany it was legal to kill Jews. Did that make it right just because it was legal?

  • Washington state does not either. :)

  • I meant, hate to tell you THIS.

  • Um, hate to tell you think, bunky, but god didn't write the US Constitution.

  • "legal right" are those endowed by God? Well if its on a piece of paper somewhere it must be true.
