Rick810 I know exactly where your coming from. I am 30 days away from getting out. I have seen people cut each other down to get ahead and yes you are right most of the senior enlisted need to get a life. In the other hand I have met good people, of course all E5 and below. I would not recommend anyone to join as enlistede becasue you do get shit on even if you are shit hot. So, some people like it others don't. I have also been on the Nimitz and the boat being on the boat sucks and it's boring.

Ok whatever. My dad was in the navy as well, World War II, he said except for the small occasions of racism from officers he had no other problems. Served on the USS Hancock and then the USS Bairoko. I don't know what you did that fucked up your experience but hey, it was you choice.

I did my job never got into trouble and was disguisted by the behavior of the senior enlisted. Those "lifers" need a life.
