This is the video of my experiments with lava shader in rendermonkey software. Stone burning is procedurally generated. Lava surface is multi-layered artist drawn texture with special blending and distortion.

  • What the hell is going on with youtube? Has it gone crazy??? Minecraft in top related videos... omg... And it happened only a couple of months ago.

  • could you make a tileable texture out of it ? (in a few different res)

  • @MysticGohan127 I don't think ist's possible. I use tiling textures as input in shader, but after blending several such layers and applying noise, tiling is broken.

    Use gimp, this will work for 100%
