Kaveri and Gayatri insist on taking Akshara to the hospital when she experiences pain after the Godh Bharai function. Vishambhar's family goes to the hospital with Rajsekar's family. Naitik informs Gayatri that Akshara's gynecologist is out of station. Akshara is checked by a different doctor while the two families anxiously wait for the result. Naitik informs the doctor that Akshara had had a miscarriage in her first pregnancy. Kaveri tells Gayatri that Akshara is in pain because they did not follow the Pandit's instructions and do the puja in time. Akshara's Dadi overhears Kaveri telling Gayatri that something bad is going to happen. She questions Kaveri about it.
