The ultimate Megadeth line-up!

@checklefthook I'll agree with gilbert in that list

@371jon Very true, he loves to make up his own scales and arpeggios. I've played for a few years myself, and i think this guy really gets how music is supposed to sound. I only say mistakes, not as in any musical mistakes but sometimes his fretting is not as good as Broderick because Broderick probably practices in his sleep lol. Becker, Friedman, Petrucci, Dime... AND Paul Gilbert and we'll call it a deal lol

@checklefthook A lot of the off or strange sharp and flat notes you hear that other guitarists don't make are notes he added to scales to customize them and make them different. I'd be willing to bet Marty doesn't often make mistakes. Just another unique factor to a musician in a class of player which only about 3 or 4 guitarists are in, coming from a long time guitar player. Jason Becker, Marty, Petrucci, and Dimebag. Broderick however is not. Great, but not AS great.

@371jon Marty makes small, "human" errors which make eveything more intense, cus this guy is focusing on how the music hits you - not just how it fits together. Broderick is a note machine.

I love how Marty nails this solo fuckin spot on every time i see him play it at close to warp speed. All the Broderick comparisons are like half as slow, and no where near as good.

Damn. I'd kill to have Marty's vibrato.

Im a big fan of United Abominations album, but those kind of solos are strongly missed after Marty left Megadeth

I would like to see Kirk Hammett playing this. Hahaha, Marty, you're amazing.
