During his professional career he was known as Pablo Casals. Therefore he released his music and performed and wrote under the name Pablo Casals. With music he is Pablo. Get over it.

Please, don't call Pablo to Pau Casals. This is a big injury for us. We are catalan, not spanish. Catalonia is a diferent country that Spain.

Very catalan people think in this: Is Pau, and not Pablo ( Pau is in catalan, and Pablo is in spanish)
And other perople thinks this is not important, but for the catalan people is very important...
For Catalan people is very important to mark differentiate between the culture and the Catalan language, of the culture and the language of Spain.
Therefore we ask that it was considered as Pau and no as Pablo.
