  • Fantastic swingin' sound all over the years since 1936. Nobody performed Henderson's arrangements better than Goodman! A Dreamteam

    in Swing.

  • Blue chip band and Benny Goodman good as ever, great fun to watch this

  • Excelent musician in trumpet section, a woman called Laurie Frink.

  • @JazzmanBerlin and some morons say Chick Webb is better. Goodman has style that Webb would never have.

  • Oh Yeah!

  • thumbs up if the saxophone and clarinet parts are way better than the trumpet parts! :D

just for fun - of course it needs all of them! :D BENNY GOODMAN FOREVER!

  • Great number..nobody swings like Goodman..an all star band!!!

  • @ninernuttt where do you go to find this video. I checked WNET and AAmazon and NOTHING.

  • Yes, Mr. Bob Haggert on the bass, best bassist Goodman ever had in his band.

  • If you can get a copy of the DVD of this gig, do it!! An absolute joy from start to finish. Louie Bellson and Dick Hyman holding it all together; showing the kids how it's done

  • Chuck Wilson swings the shit out of the saxophone section! Best lead-man around.

  • Absolutely awesome. What a trumpet section, not to mention the saxes. Total class and it will never die. Would that we had such bands in every state of the union. Long live Benny Goodman and his music. That would help return our country back to sanity and civility.
