This is free running not parkour. Parkour is just trying to get from point A to point B as fast as possible. Meaning no flips, no epic jumps. Just point A to point B.

Free running is showing off. flips, jumps, dives, the works, but you aren't racing a clock

@TJ5899 as you learn more abour Parkour and Free Running, the line blurs between the two, you dont really care which one is which(Unless your a Parkour Purist), and you see them both as one movement. I used to be Thats not Parkour! Thats Free Running! but after sometime of doing it, It doesnt even matter to me anymore. Happens to many people.
