raw unedited dumping episode :(

so i went to the movies and the little devil sitting on my left shoulder talked me into buying a box of milk duds....and this is what happened after....i had to stop it cuz it only got worse and i dont think you all wanted to watch...watch the sugar, i tell you! dumping is HORRIBLE!!!!

i havnt dumped since then, i mean its been minor discomfort that i dont really call dumping. last less than 60 seconds.

i HAD THE MINI BYPASS JAN 8/09 AND NEVER REALIZED WHAT DUMPING WAS LOL BUT NOW WITH THE DESCRIPTION OF IT I HAVE HAD THAT A FEW TIMES ITS UNCOMFORTABLE BUT I NEVER FOUND IT TO UNBEARABLE NOT THAT I LIKE IT :-) BUT I AM DOWN 190 POUNDS AT THIS POINT FEEL GREAT AND LOOKIN BETTER EVERYDAY.

thanks for the response, I had the bypass done about 20 days ago, still adjusting to the new life style, already down 39lbs I fear that I may be losing it a bit faster then I want, did you have an problems with weight coming off to fast? btw how old are you?if you dont mind me asking, you seem very young to have gone through this type of surgery.

ive heard so too. maybe its not dumping syndrome per se but something very similar. because it doesnt happen the exact way that it does with bypass patients. its not as bad or lasts as long. but there is the nausea, stomach ache, cold sweat. its random how it happens. i can eat a spoon full of sugar one day and nothing happens. but eat milk duds the next and dump. idk..
