Tzeentch's grand scheme is not to destroy the galaxy for if he did then there would be an end to his scheming. Tzeentch is merely the embodiment of plots and planes, which can and do lead to destruction and death, but Khorne is violence incarnate. Khorne cares not from who the blood flow, merely that it does.
