Muslims are far far more tolerant of other religions that Christians have ever been. There is a reason there are large native christian populations in Muslim countries today, but no native Muslim populations in Christian territories. You'll find hundreds of year old Christian communities in the heart of Muslim lands because they were never oppressed. But where are the native Muslims of places like Spain? They were butchered the second Christians came into power.

We here in the UK learnt the truth about Islam long before 9/11. We see Muslim death threats to writers and playwrights and even scientists who espouse Evolution. Thousands of 'honour' killings, acid attacks and brutal beatings are carried out on Muslim women here in the UK every year. Thousands of very young children are sent from UK back to Pakistan and Bangladesh to be raped in 'marriages' to old men. British born Muslims bombed London 7/9. Demands for Sharia Law increase daily.

@ahmedchaka No Islam is a religion of hate and persecution. It tells Muslims that non Muslims are scum and they have to submit, sounds demonic, to god and if they don't they should be killed. The only reason you get Muslims that seem ok is because they don't follow their religion properly. my knowledge of world affairs is not limited I am aware of most of the injustices done to the palestinians I am aware of the decades of colonialism perpetuated by the western nations throughout the middle east, and you're right anti-american hate is not entirely fueled by islam, however within islam and its teachings which are perpetuated by many within the muslim world is an institutionalized hate of everything that is not islam, and thats where the problem ultimately lies.

The problem with people like you is your pathetically limited knowledge of world affairs. American's like to ask about Muslim countries "why do they hate us". They dont realise that Muslims have been asking the same question about America for over 75 years. Anti-American hate is not fueled by Islam. Islam is just a uniting factor. The hate is fueled by decades of economic, political and military oppression perpetrated by the U.S and other western powers upon Middle eastern countries.
