Wolgemut plays Pennsic 36, in the market. The dance and music is the 'Horse's bransle'.

  • Actually, I did...give me a second. But please bear in mind that my camera was just a digicam, not a video cam, so...sound, okay-ish, no zoom, etc.

  • You wrote...

"But did catch 2 shows, in arts pavilion and the amphitheatre" Ohhhh, do you happen to have any video of those shows? I'd really be interested in seeing how they came out.

    Cheers

  • Yes, I took several classes with her and did the market dance two or three times myself. Apologies for mispelling Wolgemut when I posted...must've been because I NEVER BOUGHT A CD! Oh, horror! Sorry. But did catch 2 shows, in arts pavilion and the amphitheatre..

  • I forgot to add that the dancing was led by the very talented Mistress Judith and the wonderful sound of the hurdy gurdy is Melissa the Loud who joined us for dance music on several occasions.

  • P.S. It's Wolgemut with a "W" (I know it's confusing but hey, it's German! :)

    Cheers!

  • This is a wonderful clip of the dancing in the market, thank you for sharing!
